The 93,000 sq. ft. modern support center / 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art all fiber optic NOC is dedicated to housing the most modern network and computing equipment. It is super-cooled and powered to guarantee maximum uptime for your hosting needs. The hosting center's 24-acre site is located in North Carolina.

The 24-acre site complex provides plenty of room for future expansion to include 90,000 square feet of office development currently underway. All of the facilities are wholly owned and access is absolutely restricted by steel-wire barriers and armed personnel. Rigorous physical, electronic, and personnel security measures protect your data which is stored both on and off-site. The staff is carefully screened and subjected to extensive background investigations because we take your data seriously. Many of the personnel have secret and top secret security clearances from the government and military.

The server room is telco grade with a raised steel floor to protect equipment and cables.  A fully integrated UPS and generator back-up system ensure maximum uptime.
